It's a summer's day, the type you've heard described a thousand times before. Colours are vivid; the sky is blue, the clouds are white, the trees are green - all caught in the glorious, golden sunshine.

The land falls away, rolling hills and sparkling waters spattered with the dirty brown spots of browsing sheep.

At all times remember this: Life is about the journey, never about the destination. If you think you've reached the end of the road then look behind you - there's a whole new road ready to be travelled.

Sometimes I think it's the only thing that keeps us sane.

When I walk down corridors I like to run my fingers along both walls. It makes me feel like a superhero.
